Before coaching I worked in Fortune 500 talent management and leadership consulting co-leading executive leadership assessments and data-driven employee engagement initiatives. I have a M.S. in Counseling and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with publications on women's leadership, career development, remote work and mindfulness. Driven to develop best-in-class leaders in chaotic-yet-exciting times.
On a personal note I'm a gravity defying 6'3"/191 centimeters, of (half) Turkish descent with a path spanning 7 U.S. states and 5 countries. I love innovation, stories, dance and wellness.
