I'm a leadership coach and business psychologist empowering clients to take their success to the next level. I've supported clients in many industries including tech, investment banking, arts + entertainment and law. The common thread? They're talented, hungry-yet-humble, and committed to making a positive impact.
Before coaching I worked in Fortune 500 talent management and leadership consulting centered on executive leadership assessments and data-driven employee engagement initiatives. I have a M.S. in Counseling and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with publications on women's leadership, career development, remote work and mindfulness. I'm especially passionate about helping clients identify and cultivate core strengths for greatest fulfillment and impact, and optimizing leadership and performance in traditionally high pressure careers and industries from a place of radical acceptance.
On a personal note, I'm a gravity defying 6'3"/191 centimeters, of (half) Turkish descent with a life path spanning 7 U.S. states and 5 countries to date. I love music, dancing and all things wellness.
